Brenna & Nick

After Nick concluded his service in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry, Brenna and Nick spent years exploring the Pacific Northwest before falling in love with the Willamette Valley and the Salem community. Brenna and Nick proudly call West Salem home with their daughter Nora and their two dogs, Mekenna and Mattis.

Brenna started Northwest Steward after bringing their daughter home for the first time. In the middle of that beautiful, chaotic season, she realized how much calmer and more connected the home feels when it’s consistently clean and organized. A tended home creates space for what matters most - family.

Northwest Steward was built on that belief. Our mission is to offer dependable and thoughtful home cleaning for our neighbors in the Salem community, so that every family can enjoy a home that feels like a sanctuary.

Do you send the same cleaners each time?

Whenever possible, yes. Consistency matters - for quality, efficiency, and comfort. We prioritize keeping the same crew assigned to your home so each visit builds on the last, and your preferences aren’t relearned every time.

We provide upfront pricing based on your home details and the condition of the space. Your quote includes a defined scope and clear expectations, so you’re not left guessing about add-ons or shifting rates. If something changes materially (like a renovation, move-out condition, or special project work), we’ll flag it before the visit and confirm the plan.
